LISPAT

Information system for pathology labs

Management of pathology laboratories at all levels

Over 13 years of experience have allowed us to develop a modular system that streamlines the work of pathology laboratories while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. LISPAT provides high performance, scalability, security, and a set of tools that go beyond your requirements. This results in increased cost-effectiveness and efficiency for pathology laboratories.

The key features of the LISPAT system

Support for various types of tests

The LISPAT system supports histopathological, cytological, gynecological cytology, intraoperative, consultative, molecular, and autopsy examinations, as well as additional tests (staining). What sets the LISPAT system apart from the competition is the complete configurability of the types and subtypes of examinations at the system administrator level.

Electronic documentation

The LISPAT system allows for the creation of electronically signed medical documentation in accordance with legal standards. Additionally, LISPAT provides mechanisms that make signing of examinations with an electronic signature faster and easier than ever before.

Dedicated web module

The LISPAT system has a dedicated website (Web module) that allows for reading test results by both contractors and patients, sending referrals for testing, and even accessing issued invoices. The use of barcodes in the system streamlines the identification of tests and samples, reducing the number of errors.

Compliance with standards and improvements

The LISPAT system complies with legal and industry requirements, taking into account the latest PTP accreditation requirements. Unique industry-scale improvements allow compliance with PTP requirements with minimal effort and resources.

Integrations with external systems

LISPAT system has a range of built-in integration mechanisms, including CEZ P1 platform, EWP, HL7 protocol, integration with SIMP system, TERYT statistical systems, and many commercial systems. The unlimited license to use these mechanisms allows for creating a dense network of connections with contractors to streamline data exchange.

Hardware integration

The LISPAT system provides mechanisms for integration with laboratory and office equipment, including devices for macro photography, printers (blocks, cassettes, labels, and office printers), 1D and 2D code readers, document scanners, and DNA/mRNA sequencers.

Billing for tests

The LISPAT system allows for the definition of test prices at both a general level and for specific contractors. The automatic reporting function enables the collection and transmission of data to the accounting department within minutes, without losing track of additional tests performed even long after the primary tests have been completed. Additionally, the LISPAT system comes equipped with an integrated invoicing module that streamlines the billing and settlement process for contractors, making it even faster and more efficient.

Reporting

The LISPAT system has an advanced reporting system that allows users to build reports that are optimal for their needs. All reports can be printed and exported to Microsoft Excel, as well as have built-in mechanisms for creating cross-tab reports.

Data secutiry

The LISPAT system meets the requirements for processing medical data, including the latest techniques for encrypting transmission between client software and servers, defining user groups, their permissions and access rights. The administrator can define password requirements and monitor/report user activities in real-time, including access registration for tests or changes made to records. An advanced archiving system allows for full security and quick recovery after a failure.

The compatibility with the Patomorfologia system

The LISPAT system was developed based on 13 years of experience working with pathologists, as well as sales and implementation of the Patomorfolog system. The LISPAT system takes over 100% of the documentation created in the Patomorfolog system and allows users to maintain their working habits from the previous system.

The configurability of the system

System LISPAT is the only system on the market that offers such a wide range of configuration and customization options, not only during implementation but also during use. Almost everything can be configured, starting with the appearance of the examination form, through assessment forms, print templates, display of lists and reports, to configuration of examination types and subtypes.

Tools

The LISPAT system is much more than what was described above. It is a set of tools that solve most of the problems faced by pathology laboratories, such as scanning and attaching medical documentation, communication between doctors and technical staff, material lending, and computerization of sampling stations.

Localization

The LISPAT system is a Polish system developed in Polish working conditions and fully adapted to local work practices. System users receive constantly updated documentation available from within the program.

Database

The LISPAT system utilizes the open-source, scalable, and free (even for commercial use) PostgreSQL database system originally developed at the University of California, Berkeley.
Using the PostgreSQL database enables high performance and data security without incurring additional costs.

Who uses LISPAT system?

The list of deployments is extensive. Our company has the largest market share in pathology software.

How to buy?

Please contact us to schedule a remote demonstration of our system. During the demonstration and in the following days, we will learn about your requirements and the specifics of your work.

Based on the information provided and our own observations, we will work together to determine which modules will be beneficial for you, as well as any necessary software customization.

We will provide you with a system estimate and determine the time needed for implementation based on the information you provide.

After acceptance of the costs and signing the agreement, the implementation phase will begin:

  • Customization of software
  • Possible hardware deliveries
  • Software and hardware installation
  • Employee training
